Jim did an excellent job

They did not do a single thing. I will never use them again. The owner out sourced them and it was an older gentleman who came out, he did not have all the tools. He did not make a lot of effort to try and resolve the problem. He used some clue and stuck it on the door bell. That was it. We ended up going to another provider who adviced us to get epoxy and take it out of a tube and it worked. It was a simple thing. I did not pay him and he wasted my time.

It was fine. It was acceptable. I have no complains.

It worked out well.

Did not bother to return my call.

Went very well. Jim answered phone calls promptly, arrived when scheduled, and quickly and professionally did the installation.

He was the only contractor we contacted who was willing to come out and look at the issue we had and provide an estimate. He was very professional and curteous.

Nice guy that didn't know what he was doing. Broke the washer and then lied about it. Refused to return my calls until angies list got involved.

I called Jim on Monday afternoon and he said he could come by between 8:00-9:00 Tuesday morning. He arrived around 8:50, looked at the problem and said he would need to replace the plastic bracket at the back. He said he could come back on Wednesday morning between 8:00 and 8:30 to fix it. He arrived about 8:20 and finished the job in about 10 minutes. I was very pleased to find someone close who was willing to do such a small job like this and charge for the job itself rather than an hourly rate with a two-hour minimum. I found Jim to be punctual, professional, helpful, and nice. I was impressed that he was willing to stop by a store and pick up the part on his own time as other handymen I have used charge for the time to go to the store and back. I will definitely call him for future work.
