+ -1 moreHe requested to be paid in cash. He did not uphold his end of the work with the plumbing. The product that he used on the floor to patch looks worse than it did before.
Description of Work: I wanted him to fill in holes in the floor, install a chandelier light, and do some plumbing work.

+ -1 moreUNSATISFACTORY, PARTICULARLY BECAUSE I WASTED AN ENTIRE AFTERNOON WAITING FOR HIM TO SHOW UP... WHICH HE NEVER DID.
Description of Work: CALLED SAM AND HE MADE APPOINTMENT TO SCOPE WORK AND PROVIDE ESTIMATE, ''LATER ON TODAY,'' BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED TO SAY HE NEEDED TO BREAK THE APPOINTMENT AND NEVER CONTACTED ME LATER TO SAY WHY HE COULDN'T MAKE IT.
