+ -1 moreHe actually knew my name and came right over and fixed it in an hour. He didn’t charge me. It was a referral from my neighbor. He does his work and has his own business. His price was reasonable and he was honest and hardworking. I had got a quote from someone else and it was double. I personally like to go with people who own the company and do the work themselves.
Description of Work: RC Air Conditioning & Heating put in my new air conditioning unit about five years ago. One of the parts broke within a year and he fixed it.

+ -1 moreReceived a quote from another company for $12,000. Shock sent me to ask a neighbor. Richard was recommended after they used him. A bunch of people from her workplace have used him also. His price was way less- 4,100! He was punctual, professional and a knowledgeable hard worker. Everything was replaced and up and running in one day. About 9 months after the installation the condensate pump broke. I called immediately that afternoon with water in the garage. Richard remembered me, just gave him my name and neighborhood name. He was at my house in an hour. Replace the broken pump for free-- under warranty. He didn't ask for paperwork from me just replaced it, it was that easy! Highly recommended. Owner Richard is trusted and responsible!
Description of Work: Remove and replaced Furnace, A/C unit, evaporator coil and installed new R/A vents and condensate pump.
