OUR COMPANY: Quality Home Detail has been a trusted provider of residential cleaning services for over 15 years. This is a family owned and operated business and not a franchise. TRUSTWORTINESS: We currently have 6 full time employees, including the owner, with over 30 years combined experience in the residential housecleaning business. INTEGRITY: Many of our employees have been with us for over five years so you can be rest assured that the people who come into your home are experienced professionals. All of our employees have background checks as required by our bonding/liability insurance provider. LIABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY: We value your satisfaction and communication. Our employees are not private contractors, they are our employees and we encourage our customers to let us know when they fall short of your expectations. We stand committed to be 100% accountable for our actions while cleaning your home. Employees are covered under our workers compensation insurance in case of injury. PAYMENTS AND BILLING: For residential customers payment is due at the time of service. Printed reciepts and statements are available upon request. Terms and invoicing are available for corporate and commercial customers. Cash or Check only.

Services we offer

Residential housecleaning services on an as needed or on time basis. Regulary scheduled housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Other residential cleaning services including corporate rentals, vacation rentals, spring cleaning, rental move-out/ move-in cleaning, party clean up.

Services we don't offer

Cleaning of elevated surfaces above the level that we can reach by standing on a step-stool. Cleaning of slider-door or front door windows can be included in regular cleaning routine. Other windows and elevated surfaces are not cleaned by our employees but we can arrange the appropriate refferal for this type of work.
