+ 1 more!. Tore out cabinets, appliances, peninsula, floor and ceiling. 2. Lifted a 1970's ceiling to provide better lighting and openness. 3. Installed new appliances, wood cabinets, granite countertops, travertine flooring, under counter, task and pendant lighting. 4. Replaced patio doors and windows. 5. Replaced "popcorn" ceiling. 6. The worksite was left swept and clean every day. 7. House was secured and locked before workmen left each day. They even made sure our cat was safe.
Description of Work: 1. Creative design ideas to address the structural problems: dark, closed-in kitchen, inadequate workspace, antiquated equipment, poor lighting. 2. Quality construction and workmanship were provided throughout the job. 3. Ethical business practice. No arguments. 4. Homeowner's privacy and concerns are a top priority. 5. We are now beginning our fourth project (different properties) with this contractor, and know from experience that we can trust him with our home.
