We are highly satisfied and I would definitely recommend Pool Safe. We were in the process of talking to pool contractors earlier in the spring and I came upon some pool safety public service announcements from Maricopa County in Arizona. They were stark reminders of how serious pool safety is with young children. I almost backed out of the entire project because we have two small children. BUT I searched pool safety and came upon the Pool Safe website and they really recommended the automatic pool cover and a Baby Guard fence to be used in conjunction with each other. The concept of two forms of safety is the only reason we decided to move forward with our pool build. Thank you Pool Safe for helping us to provide a safe pool environment for our children and thank you for the beautiful job you did. We will enjoy it for years to come!! John you are awesome!!

They came on time with all the tools and meteral needed for the job. They worked with us on the layout of the fence to fit the pool and patio. Very professional left the pario was clearner than when the came.

It was great. The serviceman was wonderful. The installation was great. He definitely knew what he was doing. He was very professional. He did a great job. I am thrilled.

I contacted Poolsafe because I was looking for a company to install a child safety fence/gate around our pool. The sales rep that showed up was on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the fence and pools in general. After he took the measurements, he said I would be contacted in a couple days to schedule the installation. As promised, we got a phone call the next day to request a down payment and schedule installation. The installer showed up within the window they provided. He was also professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the fence and pools. He took plenty of time with me and provided many helpful tips to determine the exact course the fence would take. He said the job would be completed in 2 hours and he even finished a little early. The pool fence itself is a great product backed by a strong warranty for both quality and workmanship.Overall, I was extremely impressed by both the company and the product. I already recommended them to one person and would do so again.

My dogs run on it and they're 75lbs, it makes me feel like it's very safe for the kids as well. The guy that came did a great job, and he was efficient. When you call them, they seem totally disinterested in earning $3400. When I wanted it installed, they were here all day doing it. So, I called a competitor and they were $4700, so I just went back.

Showed up on time and very prepared and professional. Took his time in explaining all the different options The fencing went up with no issues in one day. It looks great! My pool guys says it is one of the best fences he has seen. I would definitely hire them again.

We hired poolsafe to install a pool fence. We were impressed with the initial quote and consultation. My only complaint is when they came to do the install. They told us someone had to be there to "review" the layout of the fence. My husband and I both had to work when they were coming so I sent my mom over because I thought it was just to "review" the layout. The quote guy did an entire drawing which I assumed the install guy would have. But he had NO idea. It was starting from scratch with him. My husband had to review everything over the phone and then he had to call the initial guy to verify everything. It was such a mess. I don't understand what the elaborate drawing was for if the installer doesn't use it. It did get installed, but things were a little off from the initial consultation. Its an annoyance but not enough to call and complain.

The job went very well. They showed up on time, I was happy with the installation and it was a good experience. I would tell others the are a professional company with a good quality product, I would recommend them.

John (sales) was quite punctual to come give us his presentation and gather info for his estimate. He showed us a couple of styles of fences, a high price option and a low price option. The low price option did not look as good as the high price option (go figure.) We selected the better looking (higher quality) mesh fence with their "pin poles." About a week later they came and installed the fence at exactly the time they said they would do so. No problems, looks way better than you might expect a removable pool fence to look. We have had it about a month now. It is not terribly annoying, looks ok, and does it's job very well with a minimum of inconvenience. I called three pool contractors with good AL ratings to get quotes. All three recommended Poolsafe. I think it was a good experience for a piece of necessary safety gear.
