THE OWNER HAS A GREAT DESIGN EYE AND IS VERY DEDICATED TO PROVIDING A QUALITY PRODUCT. HE WAS EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. HE WAS ALSO WILLING TO FIX OR CHANGE ANYTHING WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS ARE WITH THE SCHEDULE AND RESPONSIVENESS. THIS PROJECT STILL ISN'T COMPLETED AND IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR. THERE WERE TIMES DURING THE CONSTRUCTION THAT WEEKS WENT BY WITH NO WORK BEING DONE. MY SECOND COMPLAINT IS WITH THE RESPONSIVENESS. HE WAS DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF AND IT OFTEN TOOK SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GET HIM TO RETURN OUR CALLS. OUR POOL IS BEAUTIFUL AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HOW IT TURNED OUT.
Description of Work: BUILT A 20' X 40' POOL AND SPA. POOL INCLUDED AN INFINITY EDGE AND SOLAR HEATING. OTHER FEATURES OF THE POOL INCLUDED QUARTZITE COPING AND "SHAMU" SHELF.
