The Pestmaster man came out and sprayed the front yard and the house. There was a length of time that my dogs and I had to stay out of the house. We discussed the back yard and he suggested that it would be best if he came back the next day so that the dogs and I could be in the house when he sprayed. I really appreciated his concerns for me and my two dogs. All went well and no more spider webs in my house. I will use this sevice again and would recommend them to anyone who has a pest problem. They are great!

It went well. He did such a good job spraying last time that there were only spiders this time. I only had him spray the bathrooms and kitchen inside. Aaron is very easy to work with.

Never received estimate. 1st appointment time, tech was a no show, with no call. Rescheduled and received a call the day of indicating tech had an emergency. No worries - rescheduled, but 3rd appointment was also a no show with no call. Called a fourth time and was told they would look into it and call me back, but never did. No visit, no estimate, moving on...

It's every other month they come out. We signed up a long time ago. It depends on what they do. It's not every time they come out that they put the rat bait out. They're really good about getting back with me. Their punctuality was good.

The representative was very knowledgeable about pests and treatments. He treated our home for fleas, but after about three days, the fleas returned. We're still suffering.

I actually bought this deal for my mom who had been having a hard time with spiders in her house and was getting little bites all the time. They contacted her shortly after I purchased the deal and made an appointment to come out. The company came out and sprayed the lawns and bushes, went up in the attic, all the closets and nooks and crannies. Since then my mom has reported that she has not been bitten. It took a couple days for everything to work but it was well worth it. They were not a hard sell for a contract either which was really nice. I would use them again. Very polite and efficient.

took him less than 15 minutes, main point was to sell me on regular service. A waste of money for the actual service. Not his fault but not what I wanted either, which was an opinion on whether or not we have termites.

Pestmaster arrived on the agreed time, sprayed around and inside the house after confirming what needed to be done. The treatment worked very well and we have been mostly bug-free for a few months. Minor comment is that the original big deal mentioned checking for termites as well, however the technician could not do that as he was not trained (or licensed?) for that.
