+ 0 morePedro was very professional yet personable. Very impressed! He came out an hour after I called and within a few minutes he knew exactly what the issue was with my freezer. My freezer is top of the line. One of my kids left the door open all night. Pedro defrosted it and had the corrects tools to fix it.
Description of Work: My freezer was making a loud vibration noise.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the service provided and professionalism of the technician. I felt the price was reasonable. I was also very pleased that he took the time to follow up with me the next day to make sure everything was working properly.
Description of Work: He checked my refrigerator, and discovered that the fan that keeps the motors cool needed replacing. He then blew all the dust and dirt out to clean the area thoroughly. He then replaced the defective part and made sure everything was working properly.
