closet systems
+ -1 moreOverall except for the "...will get back with you in two days which turned into nine..." this would have been the company that I would have gone with probably. They said they were "busy" and didn't have time to get back with us.
Description of Work: We had been looking to have custom closets done on three in our house. I called on a Friday, and they arranged for a designer to come out that Wednesday. The phone receptionist was great. The designer came out on the Wednesday and did a pretty good job working with us on what we wanted. He said he would get back with us in two days and therein came the problem. We did not hear back from the company for nine days. The estimate came in and was pretty much in line with what we expected to pay. Since we did not want to be left on "hanging" as to when they would get back with us we decided to go with a much better closet company in Escondido, CA. More on that one in our review of that company.
