Description of Work: I had given them my credit card info the first time I used them because when they showed up they told me they did not accept checks. They did an ok job the first time. I thought that with time I would be able to let them know how I liked my house cleaned. The second time they came out, I paid them cash for 4 hours of cleaning and had to leave the house for a little while. When I came back it had only been 2 1/2 hours since the started, but they were already gone, and had taken all of my cash. On top of that, you would not believe what my house looked like. They did not dust a single table top, piece of furniture, etc. No exaggeration. There were still spills on my tile floor. My kitchen sink was not even rinsed down, crumbs and coffee still in it. I could go on and on about how bad my house was. To top all of this off, I found out later in the day that they also charged my credit card THE DAY BEFORE THEY CAME OUT, WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, for two cleaning services ($200). I had never given them authority to charge my card, except for that first time. And when I called them later that day to ask them why they did it, I got a rude attitude from the owner, Marissa Hernandez, saying that because I asked her to come out a second time, she assumed I would be paying by credit card, and she assumed I would want to pay for the month in advance. She also said they were in a hurry,and that is why they left early, and would send me a check for the hour and a half they skipped out on. Needless to say, I never received the check, and it took almost three weeks to receive a refund on my credit card. I had to file a police report and a report with my credit card company (maybe this is why I finally received the credit card refund). Marissa would not comment at all when I pointed out to her that my house was still dirty after they left, and in fact, she would not return calls after the first day I tried to reach her. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
