Magic Touch House Cleaning

I have used Magic Touch several times. From the 1st time they were late, but they did a good job. Very good. So I continued to have them back, each time they were late and each time they did less and less. I think partially due to a time crunch. Seems like they have only a few hours allotted and then they are done. So I end up paying the same for less work time. Plus, I don't get the same girls each time, so I end up spending alot of time showing them what to do.

1st time arrived late but did fine. 2nd time,late again. Bianca didn't come, and the other girls didn't know what to do. They didn't empty wastebaskets, cleaned refrigerator and threw good food out, washed and changed the sheets but washed on HOT,not cold as I had instructed, so sheets were not soft, didn't bother to put pillow cases back on pillows, went into cabinets that they shouldn't have, etc. etc. etc. I would Never hire these people. I need a good weekly housekeeper who speaks English, and I can't find one. This one certainly doesn't come close.

We used them bi-weekly for about 3 months and the service progressively degraded to the point where are just going to tell them not to come today. They were scheduled for today but are already over 2 hours late and no call.

I was given a free estimate, followed by an appointment for service. Magic touch did an outstanding job and kept to their price estimate. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I would not use them again because they did not do what I thought they said they were going to do. There was a communication problem and I decided to not use them. The first day she was supposed to come, she did not come.

Our normal housekeeper needed to go out of town for a few weeks and we needed someone to clean the house in her absence. We found Blanca through Angies List and couldn't be happier with the results. Blanca and her crew are friendly, responsive, and extremely thorough. At one of the visits to our house Blanca offered to clean out the refrigerator even though we didn't request that service originally - it is like having a brand new fridge! Fantastic job from Blanca and her crew!

I was coming from out of town, so it was very important that I find a reliable company and they they arrive on time since I had other work scheduled. Blanca brought her crew on time and 2 workers did a very thorough job cleaning the kitchen (including oven, refrigerator, cabinet interiors and tops) and 2 bathrooms. They got all the soap scum off the shower door. They also cleaned out the fireplace and swept the garage. The house had recently been painted and windows cleaned, so they did not need to do those. Carpets were going to be cleaned the next day, but they vacuumed anyway. The whole place looked wonderful when they left.
