The employees from LBL were terrific. They come back and fix things too. They have a great crew and they stand behind their work. I am very happy with them. They were friendly and courteous. They were competent and knew what they were doing. They did things right.

In late September 2008 we experienced water damage to our home, which took 2 months to repair. The majority of the damage expense was covered by our insurance provider, but we had additional work done out of pocket (see my report on Dale Harper Custom Remodeling). We were allowed to select the company to do the reconstruction work and my research resulted in choosing LBL Constructors. Ken Lord, the owner, came to my home and spent a considerable amount of time discussing what needed to be done. Out of the 3 estimates I received Ken's was the lowest, which the insurance agency liked and approved immediately. The first stage of repair work done was the drywall, door casings, baseboards, painting work. The subcontractor Ken used was excellent. Ken and one of his employees rebuilt two cabinets that turned out fabulous. He used high quality materials and did not cut corners. The subcontractors hired by Ken to refinish my cabinets did a great job along with the grout repair work, which needed to be custom ordered and mixed. It matched wonderfully.

They are fantastic. Ken is very professional and well versed in many areas. The work was excellent, on time, and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. Their prices were very competitive.
