He was prompt and arrived on time, was professional with his estimate and called back when he promised with the final estimate and all the information promised from the County. His price was out of our budget, but I liked his approach of a turnkey product and one estimate with no extra costs or cost overruns. If and when we get the additional funds for the project, I will call him again to again discuss my project. Can't really give an A for overall, since the most important part of quality and price do not apply in my case.

+ -1 moreThe project was really complicated because of the zoning and everything but it worked out fine. I liked them because they showed up when they said they would show up and their work was very good. He was a higher price than the other company but we got what we wanted and it was worth it.
Description of Work: Lagrange Construction did a six month project where they built us a two-car garage.

+ 3 moreIt's always Carlos and his crew, Abraham and Rick, and the three of them are nice and have great personalities. He came on time for the bid and told me that once they started they wouldn't leave until they were done and that's exactly what they did. They did a fantastic job.
Description of Work: They made us a custom garage which is also a little house. It is approximately 350 square foot and it has a bathroom, a huge closet, a skylight and wood floors. They also extended our living area 10 feet, they put a skylight in the main house and made an entrance with Californian columns. They did absolutely everything, grounding, leveling, flooring, whatever was necessary.
