Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets. Have used them for years and have always been satisfied. Very professional, on time, and they do a good job. Their prices increased last year so they are not the cheapest provider. I continue to use them because I know I will be satisfied.

+ -1 moreI should have mentioned that I was not happy with the service at the time--I did not so this is on me. The company has done wonderful work for me in the past. Just disappointed this time. I won't use them again.

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES (AFTER HAVING BAD EXPERIENCE WITH COMPANY FROM ONE OF 'THOSE ADS'). ALWAYS GETS ME SCHEDULED WHEN I NEED IT (PARTICULARLY AROUND HOLIDAYS). OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS USE THEM TOO.
