Description of Work: They installed coping - a metal cap - on the top of my parapet. It was done efficiently and it looks great. My HOA hired them to do this. | |Previously, my outside wall was leaking because the elastomeric coating on the top of the parapet - applied by a painting contractor - cracked after only 3 years. This coping should last a very, very long time because it is metal. So, it should be a much better defense against moisture and rain. I'm very pleased with Knitter's work on this project. | | |

+ -1 moreOverall it went well. they completed the job in one week. they were very courteous and they seemed to give a pretty good warranty on their work. Their prices seemed very reasonable and relevant compared to other companies I had shopped around at. The one thing would be that I dealt with Amy Knitter, and she said she would schedule an appointment for a follow up, and that was never completed.
Description of Work: He resurfaced my roof.
