Excellent service! I was familiar with their services, as I worked in a business that used their alarm system. I liked the fact that their service was easy to learn and use, and the business is local, with local response. Brad responded quickly, came out and gave us a bid for service at our new house. He showed us which of the previous alarm service's equipment was still okay and what needed to be updated (previous alarm service was installed prior to 1994 and hadn't been used for years). Equipment is easy to operate and works well; we got instant response by phone for the few times we set off the alarm by accident ;-) I highly recommend this business.

They were very professional and changed dates to fit my schedule.

Friendly technician gave specific advice on how to locate and disconnect the transformer. He suggested leaving wires in place in case a new future system was installed...to save cost. Overall a cordial pleasant talk with a knowledgeable professional.

The President, Richard, came out and talked through all of the options and details of how the new system would be installed/upgraded. He is very knowledgeable and well-spoken, I really enjoyed talking with him. After signing a work-order and agreeing on a start date, Jim and Steve came and got everything installed and working in a professional and non-intrusive way. I really appreciated the detail that these two installers did on this job, they both went out of their way to please us. More work was required than originally invisioned, but they did NOT charge more for the extra work. This company is a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them, and I would use them again. These people do quality work.

It's a local company. We bought this house and we were bombarded by those types of people. Knight Security was the only company that didn't come to us. I saw a few signs in the neighborhood that we moved into. I called them up and I liked that they are a local company. They believe in supporting a local. Their leasing costs are $10.00 less per month than what we were paying the other company we had before in our previous home. Knight Security came in and installed it. They did a very good job. We are very pleased with how well they did the work and how clean and professional they were.
