KLEENr Touch

Jeff Miller at Kleenr Touch did an excellent job of cleaning our house's windows recently. We have a single story house set on a slope, with 2 very large picture windows reachable only by tall ladder. He was meticulous in cleaning them without leaving streaks. Jeff also cleaned and repaired some of our window screens, and made new screens for some that were beyond repair. Definitely will call him again, We highly recommend Kleenr Touch.

The entire cleaning process flowed perfectly over the course of four days. I had carpet being installed on September 5th and Jeff suggested that he clean the window, sliding door, and closet tracts while the old carpet was still in place. Why dirty the new carpet? The window cleaning was brilliant as Jeff utilizes some proprietary technology that minimizes water spots. Meticulous technique combined with good equipment equals a stellar job. In addition, the convenience of having seven screens professionally re-screened for $125.00 was just another added bonus. Finally most of the the interior housecleaning of the home was carried out one day after the carpet installation. From top to bottom everything was done perfectly. Ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, laundry room, and ceramic tile were spotless. He even pulled out appliances to clean the tile. After finishing the inside, Jeff went outside and washed down the porch and entry to the house. My guess is that he worked 10-11 hours just on this day alone. Jeff works alone and at a feverish pitch. He takes tremendous pride in his work and provides a valuable service at a fair and affordable price. We are talking Major League cleaning here!

We have been Jeff's client now for almost two years. It is the first time that I don't have to worry about anything related to his service. He does it all very well, then adds the small touches others miss. And he cleans windows.....the best I have ever seen. It is such a pleasure to come home from a trip or just a day at the office knowing Jeff has been at the house. Bottom line: the very best of the best!

Jeff @ KLEENr Touch is a perfectionist. He did an outstanding job cleaning our home's windows. We have a 4 BR older single story home built on a slope, with two large picture windows that require a tall ladder to clean. He spent 5 hours thoroughly cleaning the windows, tracks and screens. He also re-screened 5 of the screens at a very reasonable price. And he came out on a Sunday to accommodate our schedule. He definitely is our go-to guy for window cleaning. We only wish he had time to do his other service - house-cleaning - for us.

I was very pleased with the results. Jeff specializes in residential cleaning services. For $200 he made the 1000-sq. ft. condo shine. This price included windows; would have been $150 without. He does not clean carpets but I prefer to have a big steam truck come out to do that anyway. Prior tenant had attempted to clean before vacating but the laminate floors looked streaky, cloudy and awful. Jeff made them look gorgeous. He was easy to deal with when it came to scheduling, prompt, and thorough. He went above and beyond and I will be calling him again next time I have to turn around one of my properties. The experience was so much better than calling one of those maid services.
