They did an amazing job. We have carpet wraped steps that were tedious and many. The end results were incredible.

It is hard to know where to start when the service received was this good. My wife and I recently purchased an older home and even after cleaning the carpet we realized that it had to be replaced. I was referred to KayBy's by a friend so contacted then. The owner, Marcelo, came to our home in El Cajon with many samples and after a long discussion (he took his time explaining all the options) including colors and grade we made a selection. This is where I did what I never do, sign up that day, there was no pressure of offers to cut price if I said yes but the price was reasonable since I had done research and the selections were just what we wanted. I want to point out that when we said goodby and helped him out with this samples we found that his wife was with him. If we had known we would have asked her in. Really no sales pressure or rushing. Now to the work that was done, our decision turned out to be dead on., The crew was excellent and extremely professional. They arrived on time and were extremely responsive and helpful to all our requests, they moved the furniture which was as promised but they even moved it to my wife's direction which worked out great. They had to put our bed back the first day after the demolition before the carpet came and never questioned our requests. We made a small change in the molding and they accomodated without question. We had Carpet and Laminate put down. The suggestion for the color of the Laminate was Marcelo's and turned out to be perfect. Installation was again as promised including upgraded padding and a sound shied for the laminate. Price was very reasonable and less than most I checked, but the service was far above what we expected. I would highly recommend KayBy's to anyone who needs any type of flooring done. They are a 5 star plus company.

THEY CAME AND DID THE JOB IN LESS TIME THAN WAS ESTIMATED. VERY PLEASANT WHILE INSIDE MY HOME. VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO ALL ESTIMATES. THEY HELPED SAVE ME QUITE A BIT OF MONEY ON THE CERAMIC TILE - HAD ME PICK IT OUT AT A WAREHOUSE, THEN PICKED IT UP FOR ME AND BROUGHT IT TO MY HOME, WHEN THEY WERE READY TO BEGIN THE JOB.
