Description of Work: I called Mr Kats at 9pm to ask for help with a problem on a piece of electrical equipment. He was helpful, friendly and professional and he gave me the information I needed to solve the problem. I thought his actions and attitude to be above and beyond normal commercial response.

He is always courteous, on time and completes the work as promised. His prices are great. He never tries to sell you something you don't need. I would highly recommend him.
