JIMENEZ ROOFING

He does excellent roofing work. There was something that was wrong about the way the house was built. There was a missing tile and plumbing problem. Basically, he disassembled the soffit and fascia, put down the gutter. He repaired everything and put it back and the gutter works better than it did before. As far as the dry rot and replacing the wood is concerned, he painted it with kiln paint and one cannot say that there was anything wrong with it. I used him for a couple of different jobs. He found a place on my roof where the roofing tar paper was cracking. One part of the roof came down and turned. There was water going down there. Some of my neighbors have had leaks between the kitchen and the living room. That was exactly where that part of the roof was. He offered to fix it and fixed it. We just had heavy rains and I did not have any problems at all. I had to get my roof cleaned because everybody else?s roof was dirty with the moss, mould and dirt. There were some big fires a couple of years ago. He power washed my roof. All those little pipes that come out of the roof like the exhaust, the fans, the bathrooms and the sewer pipes have a glob of cement around them. He said that with time it cracks and there can be leaks. He put flashing around all of them and replaced them. It looks wonderful. I have got the best roof in town. He gets the job done but he has always come on another day other than the day he says he is going to come. That is the only downfall. I have recommended him to other people and I have warned them of that. He does an excellent job but it might not happen exactly in the time frame or on the day you expect.

PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. VERY SMALL JOB, SO DONE IN A FEW HOURS SPREAD OVER SEVERAL WEEKS, WHICH WAS ACCEPTABLE TO US. CONSCIENTIOUS WORKER. DID SEVERAL COMPLETE ROOF REPLACEMENTS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
