Description of Work: Ordered custom drapes for master bedroom and bathroom. 2 1/2 months later drapes installed by their installer. Drapes were not as ordered. Had designer/sales person (Nancy) come to the house. She agreed drapes not as ordered. Reordered the drapes another wait. Installer showed up to install after reviewing the drapes he and my wife concluded that the drapes were still not as ordered. He took drapes to the store(North County Mall). My wife called Nancy she agreed to a partial refund. Several mos. later still no refund, Have called the store as well as visited it and Nancy continues to say she will have her supervisor place the credit on our credit card.

+ -1 moreThe saleswoman was helpful, had a good design sense, and pointed us in a direction that saved us money. The custom window treatments arrived quickly and fit beautifully. The off-the-shelf window coverings arrived damaged. In each case, the head rail was bent. JC Penny's customer service people on the telephone arranged for new ones to be sent out, but one of them was bent too. When we went to the store to do the return there, we were successful but it took over an hour.
Description of Work: Found and purchased new window coverings for thirteen windows. Seven were custom made, six were off-the-shelf. There were paneled shears for sliding glass doors, pleated shades for bay windows, and Roman shades for normal windows.
