He is great; I really like him a lot. He does a great job. I found him on Angie's List. I spent about $60 on the job. He has reasonable prices. He is always there when he is supposed to be there. If I ask him to do any extra work, he will do it right away at a reasonable charge. He is nice to deal with. He does not have a set time. He comes out the same day every two weeks. I do not time him. He comes out when they say he would. He is very nice to deal with. He is always to the point. He is very responsive. If there are any problems, he will make suggestions. He is dependable. I will use this company again in the future.

Mr. Cedillo is prompt, very professional, does an excellent job, and is economical. We have used him several times, and he always does quality work.

Crecencio planted some flowering shrubs and other plants around a patio at the back of the house and he put new sod down on the front lawn. The shrubs he picked were perfect. Everything looks good. We are very pleased. And the price was right.

He was really nice and I am extremely happy with Mr. Lopez. He is fantastic.

I picked them off Angie's List and the guy is excellent. His name is Crescentio Cedillo and he does excellent work, and is reasonably priced. I have had him out here a few times over the last few months. I don't have a real big yard and so I don't need him all the time. He gets out here and does the job. I have got three palm trees in the back that are difficult to trim but he does good work on those. He is a real nice guy and I would recommend him very highly. I would give him top grades all across the board.

She is on Angie's list. I have been very happy with her. I pay her $90 for two people. She is very thorough. I am very satisfied with her. She is very sweet and customer orientated. I couldn't say enough good things about her. She is really neat. The price is a little more, but not that much and worth it. Her quality of service is excellent without a doubt. She speaks English and very adaptable. She is very professional. She is very pleasant to be around.

Inez came and gave us an estimate that was very reasonable compared to others we had received. She has cleaned twice, and has done an excellent job. She is also very pleasant and thorough.

On our first meeting, we agreed on a weekly cleaning for a month, then we would switch to bi weekly. It was made very clear to Inez that we need to have the same day of the week every time. She agreed to that, with the exception of the first time, for she was trying to fit us in ASAP. We agreed on the rate, which she said would go upand quot;slightlyand quot; (avoiding to mention details), when we go to by-weekly. Everything seemed agreeable and we were looking forward to her service. (For the purpose of background info, we usually kept our housekeepers for 10-12 year on the average). On her first visit, she came alone, spending approx 8 hrs, and performed admirably. The second time, and subsequently, she arrived at different times, with one or more helpers, also different every time. We had discussed with her at our first meeting that we need to have the same persons every time, for we neither have the energy nor the inclination to train different ones every time. We are particular about which cleansing products to be used where, and what areas to be extra careful around...etc. At first we expected that Inez would train her own helpers, without our supervision. We quickly discovered that she pays no attention to what they do, or what products they use where. We found ourselves having to follow 2-3 persons all the time to ensure that things are done right, and nothing is damaged. We tried to keep lines of communication wide open between us, and she always seemed agreeable. Unfortunately, everything had to be repeated all over again at the following visit. With the exception of the first time, they came in the afternoon, and seemed anxious to get home. Cosequently, several areas were sluffed off, and others were not touched at all. When time came to change to bi-weekly, Inez seemed less and less interested in accommodating any of our requests, not even compromising. She would decide when to come, how many helpers she would need on specific visit (her choices included 7 possibilities). She became passive agressive on her last visit, and repeated many times that she is trying to fit us into her very full schedule as a favor to us, adding her regret if that was not ok with us, but that is how it would be. NO FLEXIBILITY at all. We contemplated the pros and cons, and finally decided that we cannot accept HER tearms.

I liked Ines very much. When she and her helpers arrived they went straight to work. I have 3 dogs and they weren't a problem for them. I loved the fact that they were efficient and thorough! When they were finished the house was sparkling clean and smelled fresh. I didn't have to re-do anything. I was so pleased I already scheduled here next visit. If you hire her you will be very satisfied!

When I called Mr. Crescentio for an estimate to mow and trim my lawn and sidewalk areas and trim my shrubs, he came to view my property that very afternoon. His estimate was reasonable, so I engaged him to come do the work the following week. He showed up right on time and did an excellent job. I will definitely continue using him for my lawn work and highly recommend him to others.

He does a wonderful job. He is a hard worker. He knows exactly what to do. I am always impressed by his services.

I'd give an overall grade of A-. Ines and Maria arrived promptly and worked in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner. I didn't watch over them and they were self-directed. I checked the house after they left and they did mostly a good job. I would have liked our kitchen floor to be cleaner, as it was pretty dirty before they came. It was only relatively cleaner after they left, but it could have used an initial scrubbing rather than just damp mop. They will come again in 2 weeks and I can request a more thorough floor cleaning. I'm sure if I communicate my preferences that Ines is willing to accomodate.

Accompanied by another woman, the two vacuumed, cleaned windows, dusted everything, cleaned the floor tile and bathrooms.

Ines was a great person to work with. She arrived with one additional person and spent about 5 hours in our home. It was recently purchased and I was looking for a thorough cleaning since the home was empty for a number of months. She was open to all suggestions we made and really took her time trying to clean everything. She started on the top floor and worked her way down hitting each room in a logical order. I was very happy with the majority of the work completed. As an active duty Marine, I'm probably more specific and picky than most. Since the home was empty for such a long time, it will take an additional cleaning to make the home essentially perfect. She was a joy to work with and I will definitely use her again. Call her, you will be happy with your decision.

I left a message and she called me back about 10 minutes later. We exchanged information and she arrived at my place 40 minutes later; I'm in Rancho Penasquitos. She reviewed my place. From previous tenants, I had a lot of animal hair and dirt throughout that needed to be cleaned; a have a 2br 2ba condo with a small kitchen, living room and patio. I didn't ask for the patio to be cleaned. She gave me a quote of $140 for the whole job plus extra for cleaning materials because I had none. She arrived 2 days later on Memorial Day with a helper sometime after 12 was the arrangement; she arrived 15 mins after 12. The cleaning job took 3 hours. She charged me $150 and I was very satisfied with the job. I'll definitely call back.

I am able to let him work independently and he does a very good job, overall. He will call and confirm what we would like to have done, very conscientiousness. Also, always on time and has never missed an appointment.

She will do when you ask, very polite.

She was recommended to me by a friend, and I have been using her services every two weeks for several years. She is the best housekeeper I've ever had--and there were many before I found her. There isn't anything that she won't do. She always has a great attitude and is anxious to do the very best job she can.

He's the best in the business. He stays for about 2 1/2-3 hours. He always comes to the door to ask me if there is anything special that I want done. He doesn't just blow in and blow out like most of them. He actually takes the time to come and ask me if there is anything in particular. That is certainly above and beyond for lawn people. I've never had anybody else do that. There has never been anything that I've asked him to do that he couldn't do. He has the best attitude. I can set my clock by him. I've never had anybody this good.

He does a good job and I like him very much. He was very specific in his quote and I thought he very carefully considered everything. He came in on time, on budget and did a good job. I have since hired him for my regular yard service. He wasn't the lowest price, but I felt like he did the most careful estimate. It was very specific and gave me a price for each job. He also called me back faster than anyone else did, too.

He is wonderful. He does a beautiful job of anything you ask him to do. He cleans up. He is always smiling and friendly. We pay $100 for each visit. Originally he quoted $75 but I wanted to pay him extra because he comes all the way from Escondido to Ramona. It was my choice to pay him more. He does a good job and I feel like I can trust him. I will use him in the future.

He's the best lawn care worker I've ever had. What I especially like about him is that he always rings the doorbell when he first arrives to check with me to see if there is anything extra I want him to do while he is there. If I'm not home, he goes ahead and does whatever he sees that needs to be done. He is extremely hard working and cheerfully does anything he is asked to do.

Ines Cedillo is the best housekeeper I have ever had. She obviously loves her work, and she goes out of her way to provide the best service she can. She is always cheerful and tries to be helpful in any way she can. I recommend her very highly.
