Description of Work: We have used them for several things. They installed a whole house filter, fixed a leaking pipe in the ceiling and changed hot/cold valves in our kitchen. Every time we have received excellent service.

Description of Work: They replaced an American Polaris Water Heater, which heats the whole house plus provides hot water.

+ -1 moreCongeniality and expertise is a great combination. They will be coming back but instead of dreading the plumber I am looking forward to see them. This is a plumbing company that you can feel good about calling. I called these folks because of their expertise with Eternal hybrid water heaters. They responded quickly and gave the unit a very thorough inspections and testing. They uncovered a failure that was difficult to find but makes all the difference. They got the unit running so I would have hot water while ordering a new one under warranty. But most important of all I felt like I had found some guys with great expertise, experience and that they are honest and fair. This is a rare find these days. I wish it would happen more often!
Description of Work: I have a two year old Eternal Hybrid Water Heater that had failed. I need the unit inspected and tested to determine the cause of the problem by a plumber that has the expertise with a high tech water heater. IU needed it back in service!
