The estimater who first came was awful; dishonest; did not listen; told the company things that were not right. But the person who finally came out was wonderful and fun to work with for a number of weeks that it took to get rid of our rats.

Had an issue with a rodent and Joe came out the same day. Within 24 hours the issues was resolved.

I highly recommend this company. This is my 1st time hiring pest control and they were on time, gave me tips for future prevention and mainly...got rid of my spider problem. It's been a week and I have actually ventured out into the yard to sit in our chairs without a spider joining me. Will definitely recommend and continue using them thru their quarterly service! I spoke with Riley early in the morning, he was prompt in getting back to me and scheduled appointment same day. Mike was the technician. He called ahead, he was very professional, friendly, explained what he was going to do, he kept me informed, explained what he did afterwards, and thanked me for our business. Wow! What a concept!
