I did not hire them.

They do lawn maintenance, they are helping me dig holes and put plants in them, they trimmed all the trees and removed the branches as well.

They are consistent, reasonable priced, always there when they say they will be, they do the job right away, and they are nice to deal with.

Eagle Rock Landscaping does our lawn and yard work and we have been very satisfied with them. When a 15' tree came down in our back yard during the recent storm we contacted them to see if they could help. We were leaving town in two days and needed the tree removed quickly. They came by that afternoon and began removing it, it was gone the next day.

They were high so I didn't use them. Everything about them was very positive. They were very professional and gave a decent quote. They had workman's comp and licensing, but because of that they were just too expensive. I went with someone who wasn't licensed.

I am selling my home so I contacted Eagle Rock for a estimate on a weekly lawn work on my home and b-weekly on my neighbors home. They come as scheduled and perform the work needed. I thought the initial cost of cleanup at my neighbors home was a bit high but it made the home next to us presentable and my home sold fast so it was worth it. Contact is another thing. The business card that Sergio left me has cell numbers on it that makes it really hard to reach them when they are in the field. When I mentioned this to him if he would of offered new field numbers to me they would of gotten a much higher "responsiveness" grade. Sometimes you need to get in touch with the maintenance service people that you hire to do work and it is unacceptable to not be able to do that in this day and age.

They were very professional, but the price was too high.

They only rototilled a small layer of soil. They planted the sago palm way too deep, and it's now dying. I learned later than the drought tolerants should have been planted so that water wouldn't collect around the plant and stay there. That didn't happen.

Francisco gave me a 2 hour window of time for him to come and give me an estimate but was late. Other than that, they did a great job. They had to be careful in removing all the roots because of the sprinkler heads and they were.

The crew is excellent. They are thorough and careful. They have also done additional jobs like planting, working on my drainage system and trimming trees, for an additional fee. They are very reliable and I trust them to always do an outstanding job.
