Everything went really well. I am delighted with his service and professionalism and he's a Smiler! and a kind man. I HIGHLY recommend Joe and Duratech.
Description of Work: I wanted a roof check since I purchased the property 4 months ago and didn't wish to wait until it rained to see if I had a problem. I telephoned Joe(on the recommendation of a friend!) and he showed up two days later, as agreed. He inspected my roof, added some of that black gooey stuff around a couple of vents and checked general condition of main roof and of my shed. I am confident NOW that I don't care if it rains or not because Joe said the roof was just fine.

Description of Work: Came out to our house said he couldn't fix what was wrong but recommended we call his "uncle" who could. We called this uncle had shotty work done by him. When we needed the work fixed or checked neither uncle or nephew showed up to investigate the problem. Definitely something shady going on here.

Perhaps the criticism should be for the contractor who actually performed the work and not for who recommended them. This information can be found on the contract. An "F " for work not contracted, and not performed?
