Danny Boy Plumbing

We had Danny come out to take a look at our Noritz Tankless water heater. The unit was shutting down on us intermittently. Other plumbers couldn't figure out the problem. Danny was persistent and went the extra mile to ensure that we get the problem fixed. Danny was a pleasure to work with. He was on the time, polite, and generous with his time. I/we would highly recommend his services. We'll be calling him next time we have any plumbing issues. Kevin & Sandra Donovan

We had a appointment at 4:30, he called to say he was running late. My husband went outside when he heard something and Danny was snooping around our stuff in the driveway. So that was not a good start. He then barely looked under the sink and said due to the mold he cannot do the work and we need to hire a quick dry co. and show him certification before he starts. My husband then showed him the door. We know how well we killed that mold and we have a air scrubber in our home that's connected thru the ductwork that kills all mold and viruses, so he had no idea and my husband didn't feel the need to explain that to him. So we think we got rid of him and... I get to work and have a email from him that he cannot do my plumbing and he made a insulting comment that he wouldn't even live in my home! I told him that he was insulting and to not contact me in a reply email. He then made rude comments and when I told him he was unprofessional and my husband caught him snooping around our driveway he then replied by saying "he wasn't snooping around my dump!" He called my home a dump. This guy is a creep, stay away!

Danny installed a water heater for us 5 years ago. It stopped working but is still under warranty. Without looking at it, he said it needed an upgraded kit. I then spent 45 on the phone with the water heater company who said the kit had been sent and installed last year. What was needed was a new control valve which was diagnosed by the gas company, not Danny. After receiving that, Danny said he would be there the same day, but he didn't show up until over 24 hours after and arrived 2 1/2 hours after he called to say he was on his way. A week later, the water heater is not working again. Again, without looking at the problem, Danny said that he can report it as a "leaker" in order to get a new one. He blames the water heater company for making poor quality water heaters, yet he is the one who recommended and installed it. When I called him to report it not working again, he says I should find a new plumber because this is "ridiculous" that it's not working. He hung up on me when I asked him for my money back for the work he did that failed.
