Description of Work: He came and did a walk through of our property and gave us a written bid for monthly services. He was very professional and showed up on time. His bid was in the same range as the other three we interviewed. He provided his bid as he said he would. However, we decided to go with a company who new the property from years ago. We will keep his number on file in case we need it at some later time.

Description of Work: This was a special offer for sprinkler inspection and tune up. Two workers arrived early. I asked them exactly what the were going to do, and the man in charge told me to read the notice. This was not appreciated. I was asking to see if we were in agreement. We have a large yard with five or six sprinkler stations and a main control. They finished the job quickly, but i couldn't tell you what was accomplished. I will have to go down and run each station myself to see what works and what doesn't.
