Description of Work: They salvaged my god awful irrigation system, used what was good, disposed of the bad and installed a nice irrigation system that was nearly invisible to the eye. I had these long sprinkler heads that broke off, got tripped over, failed to work, looked ugly and had no redeeming qualities whatever. Dame fixed it, permanently. My roses are starting to look like roses rather than brambles. Thank you, Dame.

Description of Work: He did a sprinkler tune up (checked my whole system) and adjusted it. He was punctual, capable and did a good job. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Evaluated our sprinkler system, front yard and back. Emailed us a detailed, itemized estimate of what it would cost to fix each part. We were told beforehand that the big deal did not include any repairs, only the detailed evaluation. Although we knew some things that needed repair, we didn't know about others. We were also told we could pick and choose what we wanted to repair. We have not yet had the repairs done because we made some other changes in the yard, but the prices quoted seemed very fair.

Description of Work: I purchased their two hour special. Juan was on time, efficient and informative. He had all my lights working within one hour. Unfortunately one light has since gone out but he is coming back out to check on it. I was given a couple of suggestions that I plan on implementing.

Description of Work: I was not impressed. It was basically a waste of $49 because the adjustments he made were minimal and the one broken sprinkler head he replaced with just a "temp head" (his words). It became clear to me that the whole purpose of offering the Big Deal was simply to get the opportunity to present a huge estimate ($1600!)for all of the work that "needed to be done". What he did for the $49 I could have done myself.

Description of Work: I think given the price I probaby got exactly what I paid for. They did tweak a few things and adjust the sprinklers and timer. I knew it was a lost leader to try and gain a "further engagement", but I didnt think the further engagement was doing to be $500 of work to replace a number of items they identified. The man that came out to do the work was very professional and I have no issues with the work he did.

Description of Work: Work was done about in august or sept. last year. There was a dame area in the yard that shouldn't be. The person came out and could not find the source but gave advice as to trouble shoot. Asked to remove some plants and dig up the roots. he trimmed the plants down to the ground but did not remove roots. Also asked to trim tree, he did not bring a ladder. I may not use them again.
