Description of Work: They provided a sprinkler tune-up. They came on-time and did what they were supposed to do.

Description of Work: Did not fix the problem. Checked water pressure, said yes I had an issue but could not figure out what it was in the allotted time and did not offer any solutions or to come back.

Description of Work: staff member walked the grounds with me and did a good job of identifying all things that needed repairs, even gave me some good options. Like the staff attitude and willingness to listen to my desires. Would use them again.

Description of Work: They came and checked all of my sprinklers and then adjusted and/or replaced the heads which were bad etc. The guy also went through my watering schedule and adjusted that. He also made sure that all parts of the yard were being watered. I had a few hiccups since then and they came right out to adjust. He knew what he was doing which was great.

Description of Work: Did a great job tuning up the sprinkler heads and set the timer for the summer. My lawn has never looked better. Very pleased with the communication and quality of the service. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They did an evaluation of our sprinkler system efficiency. They replaced some sprinkler heads, replaced a sprinkler valve, and added a couple of sprinklers. They installed a drip system on our back slope. They cleared, landscaped, and mulched our back slope as well. After completion of the work,the new valve was leaking at first. They informed us of the problem right away as the work was being done. They came back quickly and installed an overflow valve at no cost to us that fixed the issue. The landscaping has officially been in place for about a month. So far so good. All of the plants are maintaining their health, and the arrangement of them is exactly what we asked for. The price was fair, and the work was finished quickly. Any questions regarding the work performed were answered quickly through e-mail, and Steve from Dame Landscape was responsive to all of our concerns and questions. We are happy with the work that was done.

Description of Work: Got an estimate, that i believe was fair. However, other issues with the property were more pressing and i chose to delay sprinkler intervention at this time. I do recommendend them as a good provider. Their estimate was detailed, thorough, & priced competively.

Description of Work: Steve's crew came on time and went to work completely reinstalling a drip system that another contractor had botched. I was so satisfied that I hired them to tune up the front yard as well.

Description of Work: Steve Dame an A or B for responsiveness/professionalism in getting back to me in a timely manner to set up appointment and submit what I feel was a fair estimate. However, the "salesperson" gets a C or D. I felt he was here for one thing - a hard sell. I asked questions about my existing system and was hard pressed to get answers. Without asking my plans for the yard, I was told what was needed. (Were the "services performed" worth $45 - up for debate)
