They came out right away after purchasing the Big Deal. The guy that came out was very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. It just didn't all work out as well as we would have liked. Some areas didn't end up getting enough water so some plants died from lack of water and some areas were flooded. The Big Deal didn't exactly meet our needs although the sprinkler set up was kind of problematic to begin with. There were no additional fees with Big Deal. We thought it was a good price.

This was an excellent experience. It couldn't have gone better! I called and spoke with Steve Dame. I told him what work needed to be done and we set a time for someone to come out to give an estimate. Enrique came, on time, to do the estimate and the estimate arrived by email. Steve called the day before the work was to be done, to confirm the appointment. Enrique showed up, again on time, did the work, and cleaned up everything before he left. An invoice arrived by email. The cost was more than expected, but the professionalism and quality of work were worth it. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. The difference between the company we used before and this one is like night and day.

Technician had a little difficulty finding leak that was a crack in an elbow. This elbow and section of pipe was replaced and system no longer leaks. Cost was $135 for about 2 hours work.

They are priced very reasonable. He came out personally and talked about the problem and he looked for creative solutions because tearing up all the concrete to fix the pipe wasn't something we wanted to do. He is really easy to talk to and very professional and punctual.

Juan adjusted sprinkler heads to redirect the flow and, in some cases, reduce the flow. He adjusted our water timing for additional conservation. Juan recommended some improvements we could make in the future to upgrade our system. I am very satisfied with Juan's work and his recommendations.

They contracted me right away to schedule the appointment which I appreciated. The guy was really quick. There were a couple of cases where I had to have him do couple of things over. But he was speedy, efficient and nice. I was happy with the service in the end.

That was a good deal. I am planning on doing more work with them as I am waiting for finances to get through. I have nothing bad to say about them. We understood each others rates and we had no problems. I would definitely use them again.

The technician was prompt and very thorough. I was subsequently sent a list of suggested fixes and although I was unable to act on their suggestions, I did appreciate knowing what all I should have repaired.

They did a good job and provided a list of recommended repairs. The prices they quoted seemed high. This is the kind of service provider that requires the consumer to read the fine print.

The crew was not the friendliest and they were a little rough. It was like they just wanted to get more services out of me and they were dishonest. They then sent me a quote to replace all the sprinkler heads, replace the timer and valves for $715. I felt it was a complete rip off and I felt the services were unnecessary. They did call me right away to schedule the appointment and they were on time.

He came to my home, spent 30 min walking around and turning on and off the sprinklers, adjusted one or two heads, and left telling me he would email me a quote for further repairs. Never saw an email from him and haven't heard from him since. Not a bad deal.. $45 for 30 min of walkin around my yard.

Very good! I checked my mail today. I was very happy with that. I got the dream house and then, afterwards, when I have and did the repairs that they suggested and I was fully satisfied. I actually had to tune up a couple of weeks ago and the repairs were a week ago today. So, maybe the tune up, that was the Angie's special, maybe it was like 2 weeks ago. It was like $500. I have a whole laundry list of things that needed doing several different things, how that fell, installed, fells replaced, heads relocated, things repaired that the whole laundry list of things. I have an extensive irrigation over an acre, 4 metal fold, 16 valve, and I quite stood up here. That was not just lawn irrigation, have some tree landscapers. I thought the whole thing was fine and there is nothing I particularly dislike. I thought they were professional in every regard, they showed up when they promise, it is better, so I have nothing negative to say about it. I would say, they were reliable, do what they say, work things to be done, I would recommend them and there was no problem.

Provider fixed four sprinkler heads, found two broken heads, found a line breakage, found leaks in two manifolds, found blockages in the drip system at the fence line, and evaluated the current timer. He was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We will have Dame Landscape back to fix the broken items.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They were punctual, but their parts were on a little bit on the expensive side. They also were thorough and made it very clear what was working and what was not. I could clearly see myself that those were issues and I knew those issues existed, which is why I engaged them. If you get into digging up those sprinklers some times it can get messy and take a lot of time so it was awesome to have somebody else do it, but their cost per sprinkler head was a little cost prohibitive to make me want to use them again.

Everything went fine. No complaints. Person doing job was great.

It went very well, I enjoyed having Joseph do the work. He was on time, got straight to work. He was professional. My sprinklers were broken, one zone would trigger another zone, so it took a while to figure out if the problem was electrical, or a valve. Turned out, it was the valve. I had had a gardener trying to figure it out, and he was never able to diagnose the problem, so I was happy to have someone come out who knew sprinklers well. Joe just does sprinklers, that's his focus, so if there's a problem with the system, he'll be able to figure it out. $375 is high for replacing two valves, but, because there was cross over between different zones, I asked him to check over the entire system of 11 zones, and that took time. He also cleaned out the drains, which I hadn't considered. I was happy with his work, he knew what he was doing, and he left me with a working system, and confidence that he would be available in the future when something else breaks. Now that he knows my yard, future visits will be less expensive. When there's a problem that's more complicated, I highly recommend Joseph Netter.

First, I signed up for their coupon special for an examination of my sprinkler system because I had numerous leaks in the drip lines. Their technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, then gave me a quote to overhaul the entire system. My system had been messed up over the years from other landscapers who had made piecemeal fixes, but these ended up making the whole sprinkler system dysfunctional. They came back the following week and replaced many broken sprinkler heads, repaired an electrical line to one of the areas, and essentially overhauled my entire drip line system with new lines and sprinklers. They then tested the entire system and reprogrammed the controller panel. I'm very happy with the work they did and I will certainly have them back again periodically to make sure my sprinkler system stays up to par.

Arrived on time. Work done efficiently with great results. Thought I had enough items to finish within the two hours, underestimated their efficiency and almost ran out of stuff.
