The initial contact and appointment scheduling was done quickly, and a date was set for them to come and look at my sprinkler system. The gentleman (unfortunately, I am horrible with names) who came to inspect the system arrived at the beginning of the appointment window, which was awesome. He checked each zone in the system, and helped replace the top of one of the drip heads (I had extras in the garage, so no charge). He adjusted and cleaned the lawn sprinkler heads, and said that I should replace one nozzle with an adjustable nozzle from Home Depot to cover a bare spot in the lawn. No problem, that's easy enough to get and install. My main concern, which I pointed out to him at the beginning of the appointment was a brown patch which is about 2'x 3' in size in my front lawn. The surrounding grass on the same zone is green, which to me indicates there is a coverage problem. His suggestion was to increase the watering times. Not too helpful. I asked a couple of times if I needed to make changes to the sprinkler heads. The suggestion to increase the backyard times was helpful and he found a couple of drip sprinklers that had clogged and been shut off. Would I hire them again? Probably not.

It went well. They were also supposed to check an electrical outlet, but it wasn't that important to me that this wasn't completed.

Juan was on time, polite and professional throughout the service call. After completing an assessment of the lighting, Juan fixed what he could but had to make a trip to Home Depot for transformers. He completed the entire job in just under two hours. Most importantly he fixed the landscape lights and now my home is even more beautiful! Dame Landscaping is the best!

They looked at the sprinkler system and made a few suggestions. They were at my home for over an hour.

Workman was very helpful. He repaired a small leak and showed me how to make repairs. He also critiqued the watering coverage for the lawn and suggested improvements.

At the end of the day my sprinklers got fixed but the scheduling and appointment process wasn't the easiest. Needed to come back out after the initial call because something else wasn't working. When they returned, they didn't have the necessary part so had to schedule for another time. On both follow-up appointments, which I had scheduled when I could take off from work, they called earlier in the day and tried to rearrange the scheduled time. I don't have that kind of flexibility and it was a little frustrating. But at the end of the day they fixed what needed to be fixed.

Checked all sprinkler heads, areas, valves and wiring. He was very thorough and attempted several times to figure out a pressure problem we've been having. Also noted that the previous owners of my home had the sprinklers going off several times a day, so he adjusted the timing (Thank God, our water bill was crazy). Emailed me a detailed estimate on what they think needs to be done to make better use of my sprinkler system. Once we get everything in order in the house, we'll do the updates to the sprinkler system.

We have used them a couple of times through Angie's List big deal. In fact, they did some follow up work in the area of thousands of dollars. We find them to be good overall. They do good work. They are dependable. They do it at what appears to be a reasonable price. So we are pleased with them.

They were very nice to work with. Scheduling went well and they were pleasant.They did some adjustments but I am still having some spots that do not get water on them which is why I wanted them to come out to look at the sprinklers.

They got back with me fairly quickly. Steve Dame told me that they could not do the lighting on the roof line that we needed. They would only do ground level lighting and would not do anything above ground level. His representative had thought it had been something they can do, but Steve said they could not. There was a bit of a disconnect there. It wasted their and my time. They should have known right off the bat that this was not a job they could do.

I would have given an A for punctuality but they were an hour late- seems like this was just an honest miscommunication between the office and service people though. Steve was very responsive in terms of setting up the service as well as when the service staff appeared to be running late- the crew was thinking it was at 2pm, not 1pm and were otherwise ready to go (we're not actually running late). They were able to explain the problem with the valve box (clicking when it was under too much water from the heavy rains), the efficiency of each system and recommended needed changes for better functioning. I will be having them come back to replace several sprinkler heads with more efficient ones, and their estimate was very reasonable.

They never returned. I had to hire someone else.

I think the "deal" is misleading. The rating is based on what they did for me, not what I thought that they would be providing. I would not recommend this deal for anyone looking for actual maintenance to be performed on your sprinkler system or sprinkler heads.

I would highly recommend him. He was very very honest. He was very professional and the work he did was outstanding.

The work was done well. The team was on time, friendly, and professional. My only complaint - the new grass is not the same color as the current grass.

The technician was fast and informative . He taught me how to adjust my sprinklers. He showed me where ideal sprinklers should be on my property and how to replace them my self. He gave me a cost for all the repairs or replacements on the entire system.
