The company workers were on time and all work was completed as requested on the day we scheduled.

It went really well. The man that came out was super nice and he actually answered all my questions because I stood up there and bugged him. They have really good customer service. They were prompt and on time.

Crew was prompt and very helpful in locating and repairing several sprinkler heads and pointing out issues with our system that I had not noticed.

Juan was the BEST sprinkler repair man we have ever had. It is rare to find such pride in workers these days. We will be calling Steve Dame for more landscaping/sprinkling when it is needed. Thank you Steve and Juan.

didnt really do much and i was not impressed

We gave them a list of things to be done and a week or more to do it. For some reason they did it all in one day. Several of the items weren't done at all. The sod that was laid turned brown within a week. We were getting ready to sell our house and asked the workers to trim the lavender in the front yard and some Star Jasmine on the side of the house. The lavender in the front of the house was butchered so badly we had to pull it out and completely redo the front yard prior to putting it up for sale. The owner even agreed it was pruned too much. The Jasmine was also badly trimmed but we decided to leave it in as we didn't have time to replant that area. We read all of the glowing reviews and hired them based on those reviews. We were shocked and very disappointed at the lousy job they did.

Enrique from Dame Landscape did the inspection and also the repairs about a week later. He showed up on time and was polite and professional. In addition to making the repairs he also adjusted sprinklers for better coverage or to avoid spraying the sidewalk. When he was done he set the timer for all the zones. I have used Dame Landscape every year for about 5 years for the spring tune-up, repairs and improvements. I highly recommend them.

They were very helpful in checking our system and fixing a few small part, but there were several others that needed more parts that were too expensive to fix.

Unfortunately, I did not need their services and subsequently left a message to cancel the appointment. My overall rating is really based on his seemingly lack of enthusiasm for the job. Otherwise no complaints.

It's been awhile but I think the technicians name was Juan. He showed up 10 minutes early and went right to work. I pointed out a few sprinkler heads that were broke, he fixed those then started the tune up process. I have 9 zones, he serviced 8(at my request) and then fixed 2 more breaks he found while inspecting. The pricing was very reasonable, he was very forthcoming with information on little fixes/tricks I can do on my own and finished up in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend them and I will be calling these guys in the future.Great experience and I'm very happy with everything.

The system was old and ruty and the professional came and fixed all leaks. Great work

He is wonderful and provided outstanding service. I have used him several times since. He is thorough, works very hard, and I got much more from him than I ever expected. He is just a great person.

After buying a house with landscaping in place, we thought it was prudent to have someone check the systems. I also bought a big deal for exterior lighting inspection from the same company and did not know that the same person would do both inspections that day. He did not seem very interested in either job - just walked around and told me the sprinklers looked ok and most of the lights didn't work. I had to push to to have him do a simple check of whether the lights would work if light bulbs were installed in them, since most had no bulbs. My feeling was that he didn't see a potential big job at our home and wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

They did a really good job. They were really friendly and they had good ideas. They showed up on time and got the work done when they said they would. It was within the budget.

I wasn't happy with the service. I though it was a total waste of time. He just wanted to change the heads. He didn't give any recommendation on whether I should move them or any real advice.

I was surprised how fast the sprinklers were done. I had a 9am appt with them.. I was a little late and when I arrived they were already done. They said they had a little time left before the next appt they gave me some sugestions on a few trees and lighting fixes they could do pretty quickly too. Worth it. I wouldnt know how to use the tools they had or would I want to buy them now. Nice guys. I will setup regular mait with them too.

They were efficient and did a good job.

The crew came out to look at my small garden box and the lighting and drip irrigation system. No work was performed, as it was recommended to replace entirely. They were available for consultation and i asked for an estimate though no follow-up has yet been received. It has only been four working days since the visit, however. Scheduling responsiveness was excellent; i rescheduled a number of times and Steve always responded promptly, whether via voicemail or email through AL. He did not attend my consultation and his crew seemed knowledgeable, though since no work was actually performed, it seems as though a free consultation would have earned me the same result. I will decide whether to hire them or not based on the timeliness and amount of the estimate.

They repaired about 4 lights and checked the rest of the yard lighting for us. We have hired them again for lawn irrigation. Scheduling was very good and they were responsive. The technician was very professional and did a great job.

Daniel arrived on time (20 minutes early actually), was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He gave some good suggestions, and explained the reason behind them to me. He fixed a couple small issues really quickly, and told me how to adjust my watering time on each of my 6 zones (and again explained why to do so). He gave me an estimate on the spot to install a drip system to water my flowerbeds more efficiently. I'm all about saving time and water, and he impressed me on both points. Thank you so much!

Steve and his assistant showed up on time for the initial upgrade/repair and completed the work on time. He taught me how to use the electronic control system and the manual system. My lawn now has full irrigation coverage. Since the initial upgrade and repairs, he came back to check that the system was functioning properly. During the first week of May 2014 I had a sprinkler emergency in the back yard, one of the control valves began to leak and the whole yard was flooded. I called Steve early Friday morning and he walked me through the steps to shut off the sprinkler water supply. He told me that his schedule was full and the earliest he could get to it would be Monday morning. About 2 hrs later, he said his assistant could get to it that Friday around noon. The assistant showed up, replaced the control valve along with a leaking sprinkler head. Dame Landscape went out of their way to help a client in distress, they are prompt, courteous and professional. I will continue to use their services.

Walked around the yard and tried to up sell at every turn. Ended up not touching a single sprinkler.

I called for an estimate for service in Pala and was told they do not service this area. Their ad on Angie's list states they service all of San Diego county except some eastern and southern areas. They would not even help me out with a referral for this area and acted as though I was bothering them by asking them to work. Very rude.
