Everything went fine with the exception that he turned a lot of my sprinkler heads down and I had plants that died. At first I thought it was just coincidental and they died back in the winter. But this year they didn't come back so I don't think that they got enough water to keep the bulbs active.

My appointment was at 1 PM. Daniel called and said he was available earlier so we agreed on a time in the morning of the same day. He arrived at expected time and I told him about my issue with my sprinklers. He took a quick look and fixed them in about 15 minutes. He made sure everything was working right before he left. I was very happy.

I have used them again since then. The price was higher than I anticipated. The technician was very nice and professional. He did a great job.

I was satisfied with the service and would recommend it to others. Since it was mostley a review of my system and not a lot of build or repair I cannot comment thereon! rm

They did a great job! The two people that came out did a great job cleaning up my landscaping. I was really happy with their work! There were no issues with scheduling, either. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

Not so good. They did fix some sprinklers but I still have problems. Not sure what they were really expecting to provide but didn't receive much.

One person came to do the work and the estamate. It took about an hour. The service was ok they did what they were suppose to do. No complaints. Just not good fit for us.

It went well. The provider showed with everything he needed to complete the task. The work was performed as expected. I had hoped to receive a written report of what I needed to do to improve my irrigation system.

While they did a good job I did have to wait about a month as they were very busy. Everything looked very neat. Communication was primarily via email and it was fine.

I purchased the "tune-up" via an Angie's List deal. Unfortunately, I did not ask beforehand when the appointment could be made, and had to wait much longer than I thought I would (I seem to recall them scheduling 2-3 weeks out) in order to get an appointment. I wouldn't necessarily call the service provided a "tune-up;" most of the time was spent discussing what could/should be done to improve the system. He told me he would try to get me an estimate by the end of the week, but it took til the beginning of the following week for me to receive it. The estimate came via email and was very thorough. I rated the service a "C" overall because I feel they should have disclosed what a long time it would take for them to schedule the service offered on their deal.

The worker that Dame Landscape sent out was on time and prepared for the job. The job took approximately two hours to complete. The job was complete outside of wiring the new anti-siphon valves to our existing automatic timer wiring and the hole for the shut off valve was not filled in. Not a big problem as it is just a two-connection job and I picked up the irrigation valve cover for $10 at the box store. The price was a little bit steep probably, at most $100 in parts turned into a $500 bill, but I was familiar with Dame Landscape and didn't have the time to shop around for a better price and find someone who would do the job properly.

They were absolutely excellent. They listened really well to my ideas and used those in their design. The price charged was exactly the price on the initial estimate.

Per Angie's list coupon, came out for sprinkler tune-up. Tune-up was to include fixing or cleaning non-functioning sprinkler heads and I believed should also include trimming grass that was blocking sprinkler heads. Worker said that was not included nor was replacing malfunctioning heads. He presented an estimate for repairs which we then had done. The repairs, including moving a sprinkler line, were done well. I think the coupon deal was not worthwhile but overall they did a good job.

The service went fine. Two people came out for the service and completed the service in two hours. I had them re pot all of my plants for me. The guys were very efficient workers. I had no problem scheduling the service or contacting them.

The worker in charge decided not to trim all the ivy to fence line "for privacy". He planted the ground cover in clumps instead of spreading it out to cover the area I bought it for " to give it a good start".

Prompt response. On time. Energetic, running from one sprinkler to another to adjust. Done in about 45 mins. checking nearly an acre area. I was very happy with the honesty about what was okay and what needed to be fixed. Will definitely use them again.

It went fine and we were happy with the results.

Technician was supposed to come and give our sprinklers a tune-up. He came and was very friendly, but the only thing he did was suggest how we could spend more money. Will not use again - and made us leery to contract with any other sprinkler company. Very disappointing. Price for the deal was great - but I rated the company with an "F" on the price because there was no work involved; this basically turned into a charge for an estimate.

It was okay. He almost tried to cut the wiring on my sprinkler system, so I wasn’t happy with that. He didn’t do it but he almost did it, so I stopped him doing that. The responsiveness was good. He didn’t do anything, he almost tried to pull the wire and tried to yank it out and I didn’t it was the best thing to do so I stopped him from doing that, which I was correct. He looked at it closely and fixed the problem, so it was okay but if he had yanked it off, I was going to cost me more. So I was definitely was not happy with that.

Was told he would get back to me for an estimate on updating/improving the system. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I feel we didn't get much for the visit, I realize it wasn't much, but seemed to be just an easy way to get $45 with no actual work. They call it a tune up, but nothing was tuned up.

Sprinklers didn't work any better or worse after he "checked" them.

Called for service. Came at the agreed upon date and time. Provided an estimate to correct the sprinkler system.

It went excellent. Steve was professional and very helpful. He is scheduled to come back and do some work for me. Estimate was very reasonable.

Scheduling was easy and the provider showed up on time. He spent about an hour looking at my yard and asking me questions about what was wrong and what I thought was needed. He provided a few ways for me to save some money on repairs. He also provided a written estimate of the cost for repairs/materials. It was very reasonable. I have not yet scheduled those repairs but only due to my schedule. It was definitely worth the $45.00 for the information and work estimate.

Showed up right on time for the first appointment, got back to me in a few day with a proposal, then sent a four man crew to perform the work. All was done neatly and professionally. The lead man expained what he was doing and why, then left word for me with my housekeeper confirming that he did finish the one extra piece of work that I had hased him to do. All in all a great experience.
