My house was less than a year old and the sprinkler system was about 8 months old at the time of service. I never got any suggestions or any details of work performed. I did however get an estimate for about $1000 to replace sprinkler heads and tips which in my opinion is completely outrageous. The service I purchased was supposed to be a sprinkler tune-up, adjustment of heads and program watering times. Again, I never received any information regarding any such work or service was performed nor did I receive any suggestions or recommendations. Overall I feel as if I wasted $49 on nothing.

I needed lawn circulating nozzles to be adjusted. One of the nozzles on the slope was not working. He took it apart and cleaned out the algae and it works fine now.

That service turned out okay. Just one employee came out and it took him about 15 minutes. They did not have to do any work. They came out to inspect and told me what I could do with my sprinkler system.

I have used them before though, and I originally found them on Angie's List. They are knowledgeable, they do quality work at a reasonable price.

It started with a walk along the yard explaining in detail what each zone does and what are the repairs required including full detailed explanation of the Rain Bird controller. Then the employee took another walk by himself and documented what is needed and followed up with a quote 2 days later.

Basically it was just a check, as raccoons dig up my sprinkler heads. Most of the heads were in good shape.

Fantastic experience! The company owner was extremely responsive to my needs for scheduling each of the two visits. The work performed by Juan was top-notch, and he was polite, personable and prompt. I highly recommend this vendor, and Juan in particular.

Very professional technician. Arrived punctually, performed visual inspection of lawn and all irrigation pop-ups. He articulated the problem with the incorrect pop-up heads installed by my builder. Too high flow of water reduced the water pressure which affected several pop-ups causing lawn brown spots. This company does quality work. A previous project, large scale hill re-planting was professionally handled by owner and the results after 4+ years are excellent. I can see the hill from the street during drivebys when in the area. Only suggestion (if practical) regarding my sprinkler tune-up would be for trucks to be supplied with assorted pop-up heads. Plumbers' trucks often carry an assortment of parts for many residential systems. I offered to purchase and install; however, not every homeowner maybe so inclined. I would have paid on the spot for replacement just to have it done. I would highly recommended this company.

They ran into complications and had to a little extra digging. They didn't complain, and as far as I can tell, didn't charge extra. They did a real nice job...even reprogrammed the new controller. To be fair, it's been raining off and on since, and I haven't run my sprinklers yet. But I'm assuming everything will work as intended.

They came, and explained we had greatly underestimated the time it would take to do the work we wanted. Their quote for the full job was much more than we wanted to spend. Since they did not do any work, we were refunded fully. Our gardener offered to help my husband do it, and indeed - it turned out to be far more work. We should have provided a budget to a good professional and had them help us prioritize the lights we really wanted, and install them for us. The "do-it-(mostly)-yourself" was not a good idea for lights - given that electrics and wiring etc are involved.

When I finally talked to Dame Landscape which had advertised the same service in December 2014 for $49.00 he told me there would be an additional $30.00 charge because it was year later, I would not have minded paying an additional $4.00 to make up the difference from last year but $30.00 was ridiculous but I agreed but when they came out the service guy said that everything that was needed was not covered by them with this service so he could not do the service. I told the service guy that I was not going to pay the additional $30.00 charge since you could not do the service for me. They need to spell out what a Sprinkler Tuneup is better than what they did, I probably would not have bought this deal and am sorry That I did. The service guy said he would send me a list of what was needed but have never heard back from them a week later.

Steve and Juan were thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. They were attentive to our needs and their crew was polite and professional. We are new to the area so we much depended on their expertise.

Steve Dame the owner was very responsive. I was on a tight schedule and he could manage to accommodate that by being flexible. The price was very reasonable, better than a couple of other quotes that I got. The work was completed on time. It was done professionally. We asked for some other minor repairs (like fixing drip lines) that was done without asking any questions or additional $$. I will for sure use the service again.

Everything went extremely well. Daniel was professional, courteous, and satisfied all anticipated requirements for this job. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and their representative.

My usual gardener fixed the problem, so I requested a refund.

Service man showed up on time and proceeded to tune up my sprinkler system. There were some additional issues, but I decided not to address them at this time.

It went okay. It wasn't what I expected – they sent 2 people for my cleanup.

They were very accomodating. I called yesterday and they came out today. They were here for quite a while going through the system. They were very professional and on time. We're waiting on a quote.

No work was done. Could not agree to the price of service.

Most personable guy you could imagine. Really professional, cleaned up after very well. Didn't try to upsell me, and was very honest and straightforward.

He was helpful and took care of the problem.

They are always prompt to get back to me, they do really good work. Always a pleasant expierence.

It went great. Steve was great about making appointments when I needed them, and the guys were always on time. Daniel and Juan and their helpers knew exactly what to do and completed the jobs before the estimated completion times. They were very professional and friendly and answered any questions that I had. My system works great now, and I will definitely call them again for any landscaping needs that I have.
