Cruz Construction and Development Inc

I would highly recommend Cruz Construction for a bathroom remodel. He had great communication, maintained a clean working area, ensured everything was cleaned up at the end of each day, provided an overview of work to be done as he moved through the project, paid attention to the important details, and left me with a gorgeous new bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice.

I don't know how they do their work but they ripped everything out. So, it's all the old appliances and flooring. We did the whole floor and found a couple of weak spots. We did all the counter cabinets, and lighting, and basically modernized the whole thing and I think the house was built in the 1920s, so it's almost a 100-year-old house. They gave me a modernize in everything. I have no complaints, the guy was really professional. We got a two-man crew working with him and they were a real professional. They cleaned up afterward. They did a real good job.

Richard and his guys were great. They were hard workers, showed up on time and stayed until the job was done. The job they completed was a pretty serious structural framing and concrete job on a 3 story house in Carlsbad and they did a great job. They were easy to work with and I would highly recommend Cruz construction.
