+ -1 moreNeville performed a roof inspection after the fumigation procedure and provided me with 3 items that needed to be addressed as far as the condition of the cement roof. The report, including pictures was $250.00, which is included in the price of repairs. I chose to correct 2 of the 3 items immediately and will plan on having Neville correct the 3rd item at a later date. Neville is thorough, accurate, prompt, and professional. I was very satisfied with the service he provided.
Description of Work: Repaired /replaced cracked/broken cement roof tiles after tent fumigation procedure. Also, removed rake tiles, installed additional half tile and reinstalled the trim tiles.

Description of Work: I am a claims adjuster and during the winter time I require roof inspections to be done on claims that involve leaking roofs. Neville at Cornerstone Roofing has always been my go-to guy. He is very experienced in roofing and has the knowledge to know what makes a roof a poor roof. He is very nice and informative to my insureds who always comment on him and how much they like him. I have been using Neville for 3-4 years now and will continue to. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Roofing, especially if you have a leaky roof.
