CertaPro came to my house to remove wallpaper, install Floor/Crown molding, and paint. They referred me to Sherwin-Williams to aid me in selecting paint colors for all of my rooms. The Sherwin-Williams people were awesome to work with. They assisted me all through the process of matching colors that would fit all of my rooms. When it came time to paint CertaPro?s team of painters were always on-time and very pleasant to work with. I felt so comfortable leaving them work all day in my home. When it was all done they house was clean and the colors were great. I had a few small concerns with paint, they promptly came over and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. Through the entire process, everyone made me feel like I was part of the family. Thank you CertaPro. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We're thrilled with the results and cannot recommend them enough! Every aspect of the job went great, such as working with the salesman (Ty) to get a proposal, getting a fair price, working with the office staff, the owner and the paint crew. Other than a few delays because of rain, it was stress-free the entire time. Our salesman, Ty, gave us a very thorough proposal and was great at answering questions and making sure we understood everything. When we later called the office with one last question before signing the contract, the franchise owner handled things quickly and easily and was extremely fair. CertaPro wasn't our lowest bid but it was still competitive, and after weighing our options and comparing details, they certainly seemed our best choice. Looking back, had we gone with hiring a few guys for the week like we considered doing, we don't believe we'd have been nearly as happy and we're pretty darn sure we would have had some "add-on" costs. As for the actual painting, the crew supervisor (Matt) could not have been better. Matt was professional, polite, very easy to work with, great at communicating daily status reports, and at keeping in touch regarding rain delays. Two really, REALLY important things were their attention to detail, and Matt not making me feel bad in ANY way when during the walk through there were some very small nitpicky things I noticed (where probably 98 or 99 out of 100 people would not have noticed). The rest of the crew were also professional and nice the few times I spoke with them along the way. We also appreciated their thorough cleanup at the end of each day. Again, we're thrilled with the end results and everyone we dealt with along the way. We got a great price, the house looks wonderful, and we would not hesitate to recommend CertaPro or to use them again.

Dan and his crew are amazing! Dan spent the time to make sure he was giving us a really great reasonable quote. He was available quickly when I had questions. CertaPro definitely came in lower for the quote than the other 4 companies that I received quotes from. Dan sent out an amazing crew! Pascual, Ruben and Alex were extremely professional, worked very diligently and had an amazing eye for detail! I would ask for this crew every time! We had some cabinets painted in our house and its amazing what a transformation it is! Pascual was very knowledgable about the products he was using and the durability of them too! I was looking for a painter to paint my attic rafters/ceiling/floor wth a fire resistant paint called FireFree88 since I live on a canyon and am trying to make my house more able to survive the inevitable firestorm. I also wanted a section of eaves repainted with FireFree 88 since it had been repaired for termite damage and was no longer fireproofed. Several other painting companies had already rejected my project and told me that they were not interested in this particular job (attic painting not being easy or glamorous I am guessing). Dan Hutchins, the owner of CertaPro North San Diego, personally came and assessed the situation and not only assured me that his company could do the job, they came and did it in an exemplary fashion, They were polite, they cleaned up after each days work, and they completed on time. I think the price was fair given the difficulty of accessing my tight attic space, as well as the higher cost of the fire proof paint. I would highly recommend them and if I need any more painting done I will certainly give them a call.

The team was great -- highly professional and very careful and respectful of our home. All changes and costs were explained prior to the work being performed. The paint job is excellent, with high quality of workmanship and detail. Everything from the estimate, to communication from the office, to the painting itself was handled properly and professionally. I would use them again and highly recommend this company.

the stucco looks good. The wood trim looks good except some of the trim should have been sanded before painting; like the trim around the garage door and around the front door.

We had the team of Pasqual and Alex--both were very polite, worked neatly and were friendly & responsive. Their work was excellent--great looking finished job. The front doors weren't in the initial bid, but we were so happy with their work that we added that in, as well. This wasn't the cheapest bid we got for the job, but we had used CertaPro previously and had been pleased with the work. Very good job.

I have contacted CertaPro Painters twice with very detailed information about my painting project and no one has responded to give me a quote. I first filled out the contact form on line on 10-12-13 and was issued an email that someone would contact me. However, that never happened. I called the 800 number and got Elizabeth Chioros corporate representative who sent me a copy of my detailed request and stated someone locally would contact me. That never happened. I called a second time and was told the same thing. No one has contact me. So, what is the problem? Is anyone home? Who is minding this store?_x000D_|_x000D_|This is the detailed information that I sent:_x000D_|_x000D_|Town home (entry, living room, kitchen, office/den, hall, guest bath, guest _x000D_|bedroom, master bath and master bedroom) interior painting only; living room _x000D_|has 13.5 ft ceiling. Planning to install crown moldings and replace existing _x000D_|base moldings throughout. Four sets of Pella patio doors and casement windows _x000D_|just installed and will not require painting. Entry door hardware to be removed _x000D_|and to improper lock cutouts patched, painted and finished to look like new. _x000D_|Also, casing dings need to be touched up, sanded then painted to look like new._x000D_|_x000D_|May just do the entry door and entry first to see the quality level of your _x000D_|work, If satisfied then will finish the rest of the interior. Our town home is _x000D_|30 years old and was remodeled by previous owner 5 years ago. Entry, living, _x000D_|hall, guest bedroom, master bedroom and master bath are currently a cream _x000D_|shade. Office/den, guest bath and part of hall are currently a light chocolate _x000D_|brown. Kitchen wall are red. Would like all walls, ceilings, crown moldings and _x000D_|base moldings painted to match Pella white interior. Kitchen walls to be _x000D_|painted red to match existing red shade. All ceilings are currently a cream _x000D_|shade.

The best painting company we have used from start to finish. Our estimate was quoted by Ty, who was very professional and helped to answer all our questions. He also made some very useful suggestions. The CertaPro crew were incredibly professional and hard working - they checked in regularly with us to make sure that the job was being done as specified. They did excellent work both with the prep and the staining. They were very concerned that the stain would come out meeting our expectations. They cleaned up each day and left the job site in great shape. We were very pleased and would definitely use them again. Their pricing was very competitive and for all the work done was an excellent deal. Many contractors did not even bid because this was a wood staining job.
