You know how we all fix up our car right before we sell it and we always think, "wow, this car looks great, maybe I should keep it." That's how I feel about our house after the exterior painting project and the best news is we are keeping it! The crew did a great job in every aspect of the project. Pascual, our job supervisor, was especially good at keeping me informed, answering all my questions, and always checking in to make sure things were progressing as I wanted. They cleaned up at the end of each work day and never left any paint splatters or stains. The price was competitive with the other bids we received. Dan Hutchins and the office staff were great to work with, especially because we had several projects going at one time.

Ricardo and Steven showed up on time and got right to work. They were not shy about asking questions regarding the job and making suggestions that would improve the work . Ty, who wrote the original bid, was very easy to wok with and knows his business very well. The photos he took of what was to be done and what was to be left alone were very helpful.

We have used them several times. They are the only painting company we would go with. They are very clean and courteous. They respect your privacy. They are extremely professional. Dan Hutchins has been very responsive. They showed up on time every day on time and cleaned up.

It was fine. I am still collecting bids.

I am going to have them back very soon because they did such a great job. I would absolutely recommend them. I really didn't price them out because I wanted to get the best people in there. I think the price was very fair for what I had them do.

Our house had not been updated in 20 years. It had an old style, very fancy, busy looking wall paper all over the house. We asked CertaPro if it would save us money if we took down the wallpaper ourselves. They said agreed and said yes. We worked for weeks to take the paper down. They only gave us $200.00 discount. My husband was very disappointed as it would have taken them a long time as well to take the wallpaper down themselves; certainly more than $200.00 worth. At their hourly rate that was about 3 hours to take down the wallpaper over the entire house.

Their service turned out just fine. It was good, quality work.

I obtained four estimates. CertaPro works through Costco so they do not receive payment until the customer signs the confirmation that the work is done -- therefore, you have not only CertaPro's guarantee but also that of Costco. CertaPro had painted the homes of two friends and had also done work painting walls for our homeowners association - all completed with a high degree of satisfaction. I also received competitive quotes from Brad Stoner Painting and Henry's Professional Painting. The last estimate was from a guy who has done painting in the area but uses random painters and gave me a two minute estimate -- so he was out of the running.

Arturo was excellent. His cabinet painting skills were very good.

They were very reasonably priced and were customer service oriented. They were professional and very responsive. They kept asking me all the time if I was satisfied with their work.
