Description of Work: NOTHING!!! Paid for an estimate and selected 3 days, all 3 passed, and still no contact. We are on a deadline and would have never purchased this if the option for a prompt response was not given. Please REFUND my money.

 + 0 moreTHE SALESPERSON, ROMA BLACKMON, WAS VERY HELPFUL, PATIENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE CARPET CAME IN WHEN PROMISED. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND EFFICIENT. THE CARPET AND INSTALLATION ARE OF HIGH QUALITY, INCLUDING CUSTOM STAIRCASE WORK.
Description of Work: REMOVE ALL WALL-TO-WALL CARPET IN HOUSE. INSTALLED NEW CARPET, INCLUDING ON STAIRCASE.

 + -1 moreDENNIS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WENT FAR BEYOND THE EXTRA MILE TO ASSIST ME.. HE PERSONALLY DELIVERED THE FIRST TIME, BECAUSE HIS DRIVERS WERE BUSY AND I NEEDED IT ON A SATURDAY AND QUICKLY. HE HELPED UNLOAD AND TOOK THE TIME TO TELL ME HOW TO CARE FOR IT. HE QUIZZED ME ABOUT THE CARPET LAYER, AS HE WAS NOT DOING IT, TO MAKE SURE HE WAS EXPERIENCED. I BOUGHT THE SAME AMOUNT OF CARPET FROM HIM THE FOLLOWING YEAR TO FINISH THE BACK PORTION OF MY HOUSE. THE SAME CARPET HAD GOTTEN UPGRADED AND I COULD NOT AFFORD THE NEW PRICE. HE GAVE ME A DISCOUNT FOR BEING A REPEAT CUSTOMER. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: I ORDERED CARPET AND PADDING FROM DENNIS AND WANTED TO INSTALL IT MYSELF. I USED HIS COMPANY TWICE.
