+ 0 moreThe repair of a leaking connection on the reverse osmosis equipment was done without issue. The fact that the Boncor repair man detected that the pressure regulator coming into our home was faulty probably saved us from having more serious problems that could have been caused by high water pressure. I was very pleased and felt we paid a very fair price to correct a problem which could have resulted in serious water leakage problems in our home. A job very well done by the Boncor technician.
Description of Work: Installed a 1 1/4 pressure regulator. Boncor provides maintenance for a reverse osmosis water purification system which they installed 13 years ago. It is leased from them and has worked fine. They periodically do routine maintenance on the system to make sure it continues to work properly which is usually does. Last December we noticed a small leak coming from one of connections on the Boncor equipment under the sink. They came out within hours and stopped the leak. Then they checked the incoming water supply in our garage and found that the water pressure regulator was set too high. They adjusted it down but found that it was faulty and wouldn't maintain the proper level of pressure in fact it was dangerous and probably was the reason the connection on the Boncor provided reverse osmosis equipment was leaking. They replaced the pressure requlator which they had in their truck.
