Description of Work: Brent came to clear our drain. His equipment could not reach it and he referred us to another provider who could help. He did not charge us and was very professional and tried very hard to help out.

+ -1 morePlumber was a little late, and no one called to tell us he was running late (calling would have earned them a higher grade in punctuality). But when he arrived, he was able to fix the problem quickly and explain what had happened in a way we could understand. He also fixed our rocking toilet in the least expensive way (and told us what the other, far more expensive way would have been).
Description of Work: Berck's cleaned our drains on this visit; fixed a rusty, leaking toilet supply line that was incorrectly installed by the company that sold me the toilet; and fixed another toilet so it wouldn't rock side to side. We have hired this company many times.

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND POLITENESS OF THE SERVICEMEN. IN THIS CASE, THEY WERE 4 HOURS LATE BECAUSE THE SECRETARY FORGOT TO LOG THE CALL. BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE TO ME, THE WORK WAS DONE FOR FREE.
Description of Work: CLEANED OUT THE KITCHEN DRAIN AND FIXED THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL.
