The HVAC is working very well. It was done in a timely manner. The clean up is good. They also worked safely with masks.

They were not the low bid, but they seemed to be more on the ball then the other companies. They stuck to the quote they gave us even though a few unexpected issues arose. The half-star ding on quality is for small, purely cosmetic issues. A final note: this work was started just as covid-19 was started to become a thing, finishing just a few days before "shelter in place" started. The crew practiced good social distancing before that was even a thing most people were aware of.

We chose Baker Electric because we felt they were very honest, professional and knowledgeable. Their bid was complete with no surprises. Other bids did not include what turned out to be additional charges not included in the original bid but necessary to pass inspection.

My 20 year old air conditioner stopped producing cold air. Baker Electric came out to look at the system. The technician was very friendly and professional. He determined that there was a leak somewhere in the system and all the refrigerant had leaked out.. Unfortunately the system utilizes R22 refrigerant which is not produced anymore and is really expensive to get. Before proceeding any further, the technician showed me multiple options with prices and potential advantages/disadvantages of each one. Initially I chose to have him locate the leak, seal it, and refill the system with R22. He started the process and eventually found that there was a leak in the evaporator coil that was located in my attic. At that point, I was shown multiple options to go with. I chose to have the evaporator coil replaced. He was able to get the evaporator coil replaced the following week and the system is now running properly. I found Baker Electric to be very professional and they are very good with communications regarding appointments and when technician is enroute to your appointment. I would definitely go with them again.

Great service, support and communication. Excellent quality of work and conscientious installers. Did exactly what they said they’d do, cleaned up every day and clearly explained what they did. Definitely recommend!

We had a new furnace installed and there was an error made at the installation that impacted us not being able to use the furnace just 3 months later when it got cold and when we went to turn it on it did not work. We called the service Dept, and they got us an appointment for that day - 3 minutes before our 4-hour window ended they called to tell me they were in fact not coming out. Unfortunately we both work, so we had to wait a week for another appointment and then an additional week for the part/final installation. When they did install the broken part they also fixed the issue that was missed during the installation. All in all we are thankful for their warranty and the onsite service members were very polite - overall it was a very frustrating situation.

Cori was very receptive via text and phone to get the installation scheduled and was quick to respond when I had questions leading up to it. Junior came and was very professional and clean. Was knowledgeable and very helpful in getting the project done quickly and efficiently. Will be our go to AC/Heating issues going forward.
