The reason I went with Baker Home Energy was the knowledge and demeanor of their representative. Zander came out to my home to assess what needed to be replaced and provide an estimate. Zander impressed me with his knowledge and thoroughness of his assessment. Where options were available, he presented the pros and cons with no pressure to go one way or another. I felt very comfortable with Zander and had confidence in his assessment. The crew that did the installation was also very professional yet very friendly. Eric, my air conditioning technician was very knowledgeable, provided me with multiple options for fixing my airflow problem, and did not try to oversell me on items that I did not need.

Randy the sales rep set up the order for a replacement HVAC system, managed to find inventory in these post-pandemic days of shortages, Chuy and his workmate Eddie did a great job of installing the inside and outside parts of the system while adapting to the unique issues in our condo and then taught us how to use it. The office staff supported them and it all went in place very nicely. Pricing was not cheap but it was competitive. I would not hesitate to use Baker for my future needs. Oh, and the workers were very respectful of our home and wore boot covers and placed covers over things in a closet that was used for attic access.

Alex, my technician, was wonderful. He not only installed my new smart thermostats, but he took the time to teach me how to use them. He was patient, efficient, and courteous. I will definitely use this company again!

Baker was quick to respond and Curt came out and thoroughly explained our options. He gave me three choices in terms of how we could install a heating and cooling system for our tri-level home, which brings added complexity. We opted for splits instead of central air and couldn’t be happier with the product. The installers, Angel and Aidan, were courteous and collaborative, asking for our input every step of the way as we determine where to hang the units inside and where to run the wiring on the outside. They were done in a week. From quote to install was less than three weeks. Very pleased.

Their customer service and attention to detail was extremely professional from the first visit for quotation and all the way to the final installation. It was a great and satisfying experience and proved that not only made the right choice but that it was the best choice.

Angel, Aiden, and Juan the people who installed our HVAC are all professionals. They explained what needed to be done gave me timeline and finished the work to my satisfaction. After installation they explained and showed us how to operate the heating and cooling aspects of the system. Job well done!

Salesman was great. Knowledgeable, responsive to questions and pleasant. The two technicians were on time, neat, clean, polite, Knowledgeable and did the installation without issue. They were really excellent, as was the salesman. The office staff was also polite and responsive. They have a great team. I thought they were a little pricey, but the did give me a discount and free air cleaner. They also have a maintenance agreement and will come out twice a year and check the system and change the filters.

Bought a wifi thermostat to be installed; Junior was amazing! He was fast, effort, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and give some good tips. Would recommend and utilize for future projects.

I have heard about this company for many years. I had great confidence in them. I knew them to be honest and through. I am a 82 year old woman and have done most of the repairs in the 53 years I have owned my home so I know if a job is done right or not.
