Francisco and Cristian showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up when finished. Their work looked good. We did a leak test and still had a few leaks on an old flat roof. They came back out quickly and did some more work without a complaint nor additional charge. Next leak test had no leaks. Francisco and Cristian are honest and hardworking.

They diagnosed the leak as a combination of needing a new parapet and cap and some patching around flashings. Theyir contract specified a five year warrantee on the job, so we hired them. They came and installed a new parapet and cap and put tar around flashings, both quite poorly. When the roof leaked three months later, they claimed their warrantee only covered the new work - parapet and cap - and the leak, they said, came from the old roof, so they didn’t honor it. Other roofers who came later universally agreed the job they had done on the parapet and cap was substandard and the water was flowing in behind their poorly placed self-stick asphalt which should have been heat sealed.

Francisco knows roofing. He works hard and is meticulous. Good value. I waited for heavy rain to do this review. Heavy tricky leaking became no leaking after his repair.
