They were on time for the appointments to give the estimate and complete the repairs. They showed pictures of the areas that needed to be fixed on the roof. They got the project done before the next rain came. Very reliable and did a good job, no leaks when the next rain came.

I met with Francisco the owner of Alvarez roofing. I had two areas of my tile roof that were leaking. He identified the source of both leaks took pictures and gave me a quote immediately. He was was one of 4 quotes I received from roofing contractors, while his was not the lowest price, I chose to hire him because I felt most comfortable with his evaluation of my problem. On the day of the scheduled appointment to complete the repairs Francisco and his son showed up on time, and the work was completed in a timely manor. His son took pictures as the work was being completed and provided them to me once the repair was finished. Francisco also identified numerous clay tiles that were broken and agreed to replace them with tiles I had on hand. upon completion the area was cleaned up and replaced broken tiles renewed. It has rained consistently for the last 2 weeks and I am happy to report there are no leaks. I would definitely recommend Alvarez Roofing INC. to others and will use in the future for any other roofing work I may need.

Alvarez Roofing provided a quick response to my call for an estimate to repair a leaky metal roof over my sunroom. They took pictures of the problen and explained what was required to fix the leak. The repair was done in a timely and professional manner, which included a 2 year warranty.

This father son team were great. Responsible, honest, very knowledgeable, competitive good price bid right away and did the repairs the next day. Plus 2 yr warranty. Would definitely hire them again!

We hired Alvarez Roofing to do the entire underlayment replacement and reinstall the existing tiles. It took about 10 working days to complete. Francisco and his sons came to work everyday on time and worked extremely hard (even under the recent heat wave). At the end of the each day, they always cleaned up the residue and any loose nail and broken tile ...etc. Originally, we have our worries about them due to the fact that Alvarez Roofing is a very small company and their bids is in the lower side. We worried that maybe they did not have insurance (they do) and lack of experienced workers and might cut the corner ...etc. All these worries are not necessary anymore after these 10 days of work. We found they are very good and honest people to work with. They performed all the tasks they stated in their contract and did some extra things (such as removing satellite dish and fixing minor existing gutter issue) for us without charging anything. They also showed us the photos before and after which also shows where they replaced the rotten plywood and how they handled the roof valley, flashings and vents. Although I cannot go up to the roof to see how everything is done but we truly feel their works are reliable (they have 10 year labor warranty). Francisco and Christian (his son) are honest and responding to you questions very quickly from estimate phase to job completed. One thing also is worthy mentioned is that two days after they left, I found there are a couple tiles do not fit tight together and called them to see if it is an issue (not knowing whether they cause the issue). Francisco came to my house very quickly and explained to me what has happened (it was not their fault but the original flashing design of the the original builder is very questionable). And he also spent a hour to cue the problem without charging me any thing but saying it is his responsibility to see this issue (cosmetically) to be eliminated). In short, we fully recommend Alvarez Roofing and Francisco and Christian as your go to guy for your roofing project. This father and sons team is very affordable because they work efficiently and you also have Francisco's vast experience and honesty to go along with it.

They completed the job as asked. They let us know ahead of time if any additional work was needed before they took it upon themselves to do it. Respectful and reasonable pricing.

His mood was business like, but yet friendly. He went upon the roof to inspect it. Declared it was OK, but some flashing pcompound on the vent pipes needed replacing. He did this in about one hour.
