I contacted Alvarez roofing to repair a leak coming from a ventilation pipe on my roof. They responded immediately to my request to evaluate the roof and repair the leak. I informed Francisco that it was urgent because my home was in escrow and I did not want to delay the sale and needed to insure the buyer that the roof was in excellent condition. Francisco came two days later, on a Sunday, and evaluated and repaired the roof within 3 hours. He supplied me with a complete roof evaluation with photos and a detailed report on all the work done. The cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend Alvarez roofing.

They professionally repaired a problem roof on the balcony in front of the house. They started by doing a complete demolition of the sloppy previous repairs. The demo was a lot of work. Their solution was complete and well executed. Their price was very competitive. I think the repair required more work than they had estimated, but they declined to take additional money for the additional work. It's often hard to interest a contractor in a small job. Alvarez Roofing squeezed our repair into a weekend between their larger jobs. They are highly responsible.

I had a small roof repair from beekeepers pulling up roof tiles, plywood. Alvarez called back within 10 minutes of my contact, set up appointment to view project (36ft pitched roof) and repaired 2 days later! So polite and knowledgable. Took photos for me at stages of repair. Would definitely hire again.

Want know until there is a rain test

I really don t know the quality of the work until it rains. Francisco and his son Cristian responded to my request within an hour, and were at my home shortly thereafter. The job was completed the next day. They seemed thorough. They took before and after pictures and explained what they did to repair the leaks.

Very satisfied with their repair of my roof. Came out and gave me a bid and the next morning competed the repairs.

I reviewed the work and expected results. A proposal was then prepared for $800, which I accepted. While the contractor showed up on time and ready to do the work they then told me it was a bigger job and would cost more. Rather than going out for more bids I accepted. The addtitional cost was $300, or $1,100 total. This was for 4 hours work, 2 men, and minimal materials.

Francisco was great. He was very accommodating. Had last minute project and he was on time and fast. Very neat and clean. I highly recommend him and his company. Thanks Francisco. I would definitely recommend you to anyone. Charles
