Francisco gave an honest estimate to fix the problem and was able to do the work a few days later. Other bids wanted to go beyond the basic leak and tried to sell me more work than I believe I needed. Francisco and his son explained the photos they took and showed pictures of the work afterwards. They replaced all of the broken tiles on the roof and replaced the flashing around a dormer to prevent the problem happening again. Call them --- you will be pleased and feel that you got good value for your money.

Even answered phone on a Sunday. Came right out Monday morning with his 2 sons and completed the job. Excellent!

Great father and son team. Answered all my questions. I was told I needed roof sealant application on my CA room roof, and in preparation for "El Nino" I thought it would be wise. According to the pics they took of my roof, it looks like a very good job. I recommend this company.
