Description of Work: The vender inspected all areas of the house and noted all areas of termite and dry rot damage for the bid. The bid was reasonable and included several options for treatment. I chose the injected poison over tenting for termite treatment. A technician was scheduled. He arrived on schedule and covered all areas included in the bid and a few not found by the estimator. The work was done in a reasonable time and cleanup done well. The only problem was that I never received a completion of work notice from the company only the technician's notes of work performed hand written on the contract. A more formal validation of work performed works better when presented to escrow during sales negotiations.

+ 0 moreThe first quote was 'high', then the price was dropped. He then did an inspection. Since the attic is not over any living spaces he recommended that this service be put at the bottom of the to-do-list. He also felt that it clean enough to not create any problems unless we have new problems (pests). He provided us with info regarding how to deodorize the space ourselves. I would call on them again if we need this service.
Description of Work: Provided us with a quote to remove old insulation in our attic, deodorize and replace with new insulation. Provided an attic inspection. Provided us with his recommendations.

+ -1 moreWe used them for termite work because they gave an option for no move out. My father-in-law is in hospice care at home and it would have been difficult to move him out and then back in. I don't know how well the no move out option will work, drilling holes in affected wood members and injecting poison, then spraying all exposed attic wood surfaces. They also drilled holes around the house for subterranean termites. This was a little messy and I had some clean up, but I don't know what they were responsible for. They were just about to leave and I remembered I had a workbench in the garage that had termites. They took care of this problem, which did not take much time.
Description of Work: I used All Pest Pros for termite work and for attic insulation, both jobs were around $2000.

Description of Work: Decontaminated attic from rodent infestation. Removed all insulation, vacuumed whole attic, sprayed with disinfectant and installed new insulation. Checked and repaired roof for entry points. Work was completed in three days and was very professional.

+ -1 moreHe suggested they put rat traps out, but I thought that would attract more rats. He said he didn't see any places where they were getting in. I ended up not having any service from them but he was helpful and responsive.

Description of Work: They gave an estimate to remove rats. They showed up and gave a quote that was four times more than I ending up paying. They were responsive. I just chose not to use them due to the price.
